We were also impressed with the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. we had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

However, Naem and Morin went above and beyond to help negotiate with the security and ensure that I could get to the reception area and wait for my room. Their assistance was truly commendable and greatly appreciated. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is truly impressive.

The hotel does not provide lunch or dinner options, so guests must go out for meals. Additionally, there are no balconies or bathtubs in the rooms and the laundry facilities could use improvement.

I spent the Christmas holidays at a hotel in Khulna and I absolutely loved it! the breakfast was mouth-watering and free of charge. the location was very convenient with plenty of shops and tourist attractions nearby. One of my favorite things about the hotel was how spacious and luxurious the room felt. It was definitely an amazing experience.

the water heater in the bathroom was not quite enough to provide a comfortable warm bath during the chilly winter days. However, these were minor issues that didn't significantly detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Staff Naem and Morin were exceptional, helping us negotiate with security at 3 am. The area felt safe. Room lighting and cleanliness were exceptional. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood.

We also appreciated the small balcony area and the friendly atmosphere. It was just a short stroll from our hotel to the New Market bus stop, which made getting around the area a breeze.

We did encounter some long waits to get through the separate entrance door to our room, as there was only one staff member manning the desk during our stay.
